Armaan recognizes the value of a collaborative approach to discourse to fully explore the contents of a topic. Thus, much of his contrubtions are questions intended to progress the conversation forward. Additionally, Armaan employs comedy alongisde reason to provide insight on the subject that is both intellectually relevant as well as creatively engaging for the target audience of Gradient.

Jayden

This 1/3 of Gradient believes that you need to be a leader to change the world. Jayden hopes our platform will inspire others to speak out and use their voice, believing that all people have the power to make a difference. He is dedicated to being outspoken, opinionated and empowered, with the goal of spreading awareness and educating others to become future leaders. On the podcast, he prioritizes both logic and reason to the podcast to move discussion forward, while being passionate and knowledgeable at the topic at hand.

Evan

This 1/3 of Gradient is a strong believer in the importance of creative expression and the necessity of self fulfillment. Evan tries to bring an analytical approach to the podcast, looking at issues from a variety of perspectives with the goal of sparking conversation and opening the floor to new ideas. In addition to speaking on the podcast, Evan is also in charge of the editing and uploading of episodes. Outside of Gradient, Evan has a passion for music and debate, always trying to learn more about the topics he is passionate about.
